   Recently completed on a property and I can highly recommend John Francis Estate Agents. Every time we rang or called in the staff were very helpful and friendly. Special mention has to go to Michelle, she was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. On several occasions we had to re-visit the house to take measurements etc and Michelle was always very helpful and accommodating. I'd have no hesitation in recommending John Francis.

I would especially like to highlight Hannah J., whose consistent communication and practical support ensured that each step of the process was handled clearly and without unnecessary friction. Her work played a central role in making the experience run smoothly. The property is in excellent condition overall. Minor cosmetic details are already being addressed, there are no significant issues, and only routine maintenance may be required in one bathroom, which speaks to proper ongoing management rather than superficial presentation. Having rented before in Swansea, I can say that this experience stands out for the way professional work, clear communication, and material conditions were aligned.    My partner and I recently had the pleasure of working with Michelle at John Francis to buy our first home. We couldn't have been more impressed with the service we received. From the very beginning, everyone we spoke to at the branch was incredibly patient and knowledgeable.    From my first contact with John Francis, I was easily able to access Ashleigh Fenton or one of her colleagues on the telephone. Ashleigh arranged for the viewing of properties, and she made sure I would find them easily by texting the directions. Ashleigh is a charming young lady, super-efficient, and she demonstrated patience while I took my time viewing and measuring the home we eventually committed to. Instructions for the new home and all the paperwork involved were dealt with promptly. I highly recommend Ashleigh and John Francis to anyone looking for a new home.

Throughout the whole process, from viewing our house to signing contracts, getting deposits sorted, any questions we have about the property, they have been incredibly quick at replying and really go out of their way to make sure our questions are answered.    JF Gorseinon came through at the last minute trying to sort a very arduous move from far. Ashleigh Fenton was most helpful and proactive in ensuring customers requests from virtual viewings came through on time and clearly. She also described the property and its quirks quite clearly that it matched it well on arrival. Ashleigh also worked well with her team to ensure the reference process was swift and my preferences were mostly respected. Ashleigh's communication via email and calls were fast and straight to the point. She was also able to negotiate well on my behalf with the landlord. They were also understanding of the challenges with moving and seeing properties nowadays. If you are looking for a progressive agent and agency for properties, I will strongly recommend this branch.
