Visited for the first time in 2024 and was blown away with the venue. A beautiful theatre with comfy chairs and great sound. At the original visit there was work being done on parts of the building. I returned in November 2025 for another show. What a transformation. The venue now has a new bar area as well as a cinema. The transformation is fantastic and it is a real gem of a facility. The interactions I've had with the staff have all been extremely positive and they have been knowledgeable and good fun with time to talk and joke. Love visiting this venue and they have some great shows. Thanks.

I called into Pontardawe Arts Centre today for a coffee and a snack and was genuinely impressed by the transformation. The refurbished period building beautifully blends its listed heritage with a modern, spotless interior, complete with a cosy bijou cinema and an inviting new coffee bar. The dΓ©cor is comfortable, stylish, and clearly cared for, and the staff couldnβt have been more pleasant or helpful. Even on a brief visit, itβs clear this is now a real cultural gem for the town. Highly recommended to both local residents and anyone passing through Pontardawe.

Just been to see Running man in the new cinema. What a treat, popcorn, drink and a cracking film in a lovely cinema and no driving involved. Sound very good and comfy chairs with plenty of room even for my 6 ft 2 partner. We will definitely be returning.

First visit to Pontardawe Arts Centre. What a lovely venue, right in the middle of the town. Went to see Andy Fairweather Low and the Low Riders. Beautiful venue, nice cafe bar area, all spotlessly clean. Had a couple of drinks prior to the show, very friendly staff, happy to help with all enquiries. Will definitely visit again.

Saw Nina Simone tribute act Lady Nade there recently. Easy access. Pleasant staff. Good sound. No hand-wash in gents.

Love this place. The staff are amazing, but they do need air conditioning. Take a hand held fan if seeing a show. Amazing place though and will always go.

Wonderful evening headed by Bryn FΓ΄n and band, supported by GwΓ½r y Stac from Cwmafan. The staff were welcoming, and the Centre itself is well-planned with a large bar, and other lovely multi-purpose rooms. The auditorium is beautifully restored, with comfortable seats which are raked on the gallery, so that all have a good view. Looking forward to my next visit!

We went to the panto, which I'd the second one we've seen at the theatre. The staff are brilliant, they are very accommodating and helpful. The actors are very talented and the variations on the stories are very well written. The technical staff do a brilliant job with the sound and lighting making the whole experience brilliant.
