   Sadly I agree with many other reviews. No choice but to shop here and the customer service is poor. The option to collect from the shop has been removed from the website, meaning on top of already inflated prices you're then having to pay for delivery and due to them never having enough stock to meet demand, deliveries are regularly delayed and then don't arrive in time for the school year to start. Disappointed to see that despite them being mentioned on the school website, patches are not available to purchase so you have the option to buy cheaper elsewhere.

   This shop has a 'captive audience ' as I don't know of anywhere else to look at and purchase the local school uniforms, yet every summer they struggle to stock enough for everyone and allow orders to extend beyond the start of the school year. I have recently also experienced real contempt and sarcasm from a member of staff over the phone and in person at the shop. Maybe the stress of not providing a basic service is getting to this particular staff member.

   Ordered a number of items from this shop, some have arrived and we’ve been happy with them. We ordered a book bag 3 months ago and every time we call they say they’ll get back to us. They have our phone number, but clearly are majorly struggling on the customer service!

   Terrible customer service skills, staff will tell you one thing one week and then a different thing the next. Can't keep up with their lies and won't order items. Look forward to the handover and hopefully replacement staff as helpful as the ones in store of the company taking over.

   Have to agree with some previous reviews. Owner I presume is very blunt, Defensive and should change her attitude. Not my fault a item is taking ages from a supplier. Of course that’s going to annoy a customer but exact words “well what do you want me to do about it” not great in my opinion. Very defensive and felt like I was being inconvenient.. Not impressed.
