   This is a lovely cafe and one we have often chosen to visit but we were stunned last week to be refused a pot of hot water with our pot of tea for three! It was not a mistake. We asked and were told "No, you have the teas served and we will leave the tea bag out so you can control the strength but we don't serve hot water". Now I like my tea made with boiling water (as per the instructions on the box) but will add extra hot water when it gets too strong. I have never been refused hot water before. Stunned, but it is a story worth sharing.

   What happend to four Season Cafe? Visited this cafe and waited over half an hour for 2 poached egg on toast & drinks which wasn't worth the wait, my egg had exploded and was like rubber. The staff are slow and I witnessed lots of people "shaking heads!".

   Went for afternoon tea with my mum. I am gluten free and it was absolutely delicious. My mum has a normal diet and said hers was equally as delicious. 10/10 for service, quality of food and value for money. Very very impressed!!!!
