   I bought 2 Kiwi shirts in 2020 and another in 2022 - only 5 and 3 years old. I wear them only a few times each year, saving them for when I am on holiday so they are not greatly used. On all 3 I have noticed a darkish discolouration on the back. I contacted Craghoppers about this and their response was that this is "normal". However, I have never experienced such problems with any other shirt I have bought and many I have are much older. I have experienced this problem only with their Kiwi shirts - I bought a Nour shirt in 2022 and that is perfectly OK. Craghoppers claim "All our products are Guaranteed For Life", but on my experience, this claim can not be believed. I suspect there maybe something in the materials they use that perhaps interacts with sweat and the sun to cause the discolouration. I have complained about this but get nowhere - their support system does not help because I seem to get a different person every time - no continuity and repeated requests for the same information. They would not exchange the shirts or anything else. The guaranteed for life claim is worthless and can not be believed on my experience. After going to and fro for many weeks, still getting nowhere. I am concluding I will need to go to the small claims court. Their kiwi shirts are not fit for purpose on my experience.

   Poor selection of clothing and unable to take returns of online purchases, even though it says on the website you can return online purchases to this location.
