They wouldn't even open the changing rooms for me to spend Bout £100,there excuse was they didn't have the staff, they were not busy,looking at the other reviews maybe management need to step and review how this is manages very poor.
Unable to try clothes on because I was told the fitting room is closed because of staffing issues? Yet, can afford to have a staff member standing on the entrance? Asked to speak to the manager. The manager was very unprofessional and rude! I think he might have chosen the wrong career path tbh. Giving one star because I’m unable to not give any!!

Awful! The store manager is very rude with clients, the prices are not on clothes, or they are mistaken with another price and you have the surprise when you pay. Ok, I could accept that but the rudeness of the store manager is something else. I’am a regular customer but now I will find another shop. Awful experience!

Managers are a joke, treat staff like dirt. Never do staff get paid correctly and line managers are unwilling to help. Do not let your child/young adult work here…… get used and spat out. Couldn’t give less than. Star unfortunately
Poor stock range, the trainer I went for wasn't in stock, each alternative trainer I chose they never had size 12. Staff very unhelpful.
The sales system is a bit all over the place. Loads of items on the sales rack are displayed £10/£15, but then when you take it to the til it gets scanned at full price (£70). Told the staff but I'm not sure if they're doing much about it.
Utterly useless. Went in looking for a new pair of trainers, asked an employee for any recommendations for durability and comfort, just got shown where all the men's trainers were, literally all around where I was standing...... Like ah yes I must have left my eyes at home...
