Good Pret A Manger. Good coffee, good food, quick service and staff are friendly and polite. This one can get busy at peak times making seating hard to find.

Called in for a drink on my birthday. Staff were quick to wish me happy birthday. Even quicker to help when we spilt a drink. Lovely lady came over with cookies for us. Well above and beyond. Made my day. Thank you so much. Xx
Really great spot in MK Centre. Pret A Manger always delivers fresh, tasty food and quick service, and this location is no different. I stop by often and everything is always well prepared — sandwiches, wraps, salads and coffees all consistently good. The team here are friendly and efficient, even when it gets busy, and the place stays clean and welcoming. It’s perfect for grabbing a quick bite or relaxing for a few minutes between shops. Always a reliable choice when I’m in the centre. Definitely recommend if you want something fresh and fast that still tastes great.

A bit crowded...(must be good)...well, it was...I was surprised. Duck wrap, salmon rye roll, very tasty. Coffee, strangely very hot..too hot to drink.
I have been here pretty much every day the last few weeks since purchasing the subscription. The staff in this store are exceptionally lovely. I always receive a great service.
This outlet is expensive for what you get but it is better quality than most of the other cafe,s and it is only a café. The food is made on site well most of it, or cooked in some cases. There is a good selection and fresh. The pasteries are bland but do the job.. I had a hot chocolate on my last visit which was over priced and full of sugar. Which I never asked for, after I had finished in the bottom of the paper cup there must have been another teaspoon full of sugar...horrible. The breakfast roll which I bought was tasty however. One very annoying thing is that a member of staff whom cleans the tables and such, is a complete pain in the butt. She clears the tables and takes the cups trays and any packaging before you have finished eating or drinking..This is rude annoying and very unprofessional. A classic example of untrained people working in hospitality. One of the first codes of conduct in this field is... leave your customers alone when they are at their table. Clean when they are finished they don't want you interfering or removing their packaging, which is theirs, as they paid for it, until they leave the table. More training Pret a Manger you not there yet.
I think this Pret has the Best organized service in the city centre. Separate order takers and makers make it far quicker in my experience than either Nero or Starbucks. I very rarely wait in a long queue no matter when I visit so this is normally my first choice if I’m up the John Lewis end of the city centre. Of course everyone has their favourite coffee but I am quite happy with Prets but where they really excel is the food offering. A great range of baguettes. Sandwiches, salads, toastier, wraps as well as a cracking range of deserts and cold drinks. If you can’t find anything to eat here then you really are picky! The only downer is the price sometimes but then quality often carries a premium.
