We have seen a vast improvement from this nursery over the past 6 months and continue to be very happy with the support and encouragement they provide to us as a family.
Didnt get a good vibe from the White house and removed our children after about 2 months at the same time they got an rather damning 'inadequate' report from Offsted. They owe us a refund which we were told was being dealt with back in March (now July 30th) After continuous calls and emails to Ben and the senior staff nothing has been done. I'm pretty sure they are just trying to fob us off. Very poor management, would not recommend
