Our daughter has been coming to La Casita since she was six months old. Even though the nursery was highly recommended to us from several of our friends in the area that had sent their children there we knew from the moment we walked in that our daughter was going to be at a home from home. This was extremely important for us for her to be in a settled environment. What we love is the way she is welcomed at the front gate by the teachers they make it so warm and welcoming for each of the children , it’s so lovely to see.. the nursery send weekly updates online so you can see what your little one got up to with photos and videos and on a daily basis they have a book which states all the key aspects of the day including food intake. The teachers have been so good to our little, she had a bit of separation anxiety at the start ( I think because she was very young) but in no time she just loved going in and all because of the support, care, patience and warm attitude all the teachers gave to her and the other children. This place is highly recommended by my husband and I and one of the best decision’s we made for sending our daughter there.

Our twin girls have just finished at La Casita, & their time there means they have come out as nurtured, well rounded, creative, caring & eager to learn little individuals. The staff truly care about the growth & development of each & every child that attends, and the nursery really embody the sense of being a family, the staff are exceptional & truly go beyond the standard childcare expectations. Our girls always talk so warmly about the staff & other children they attend with, everyone knows everyone so personally & with great affection, it truly feels like a second home. We will miss our LaCasita family, & I can wholeheartedly recommend this to any young family looking for a wonderful, nurturing nursery to send their little ones to.

When we first moved to Brighton, I seriously questioned why my partner had chosen a nursery in hove. The daily commute seemed unnecessary, and I questioned whether we'd made the right decision. Now, two years later, I can confidently say it was one of the best choices we've made. This nursery truly embodies the concept of being "a little family" – and while that might sound like typical marketing speak, it's genuinely reflected in their daily operations. There's an authentic emphasis on development and learning that goes far beyond basic childcare. The children are actively taught to look out for and respect one another, giving them a real platform to develop into decent, caring individuals. The intimate size of this nursery is perhaps its greatest strength. Everything feels organic and natural rather than institutional or mechanical. The staff genuinely know each child as an individual, and their authentic care is evident in every interaction. You can see this in the children's behavior – they naturally help each other and show genuine concern for one another, clearly reflecting the positive environment they're immersed in daily. So despite our longer commute from Brighton, I wholeheartedly recommend this nursery. Sometimes the best things are worth traveling a little further for, and the exceptional care and character development our twin girls received made every mile worthwhile.

La Casita is such a warm and nurturing nursery, it truly feels like a family. The staff are incredible; they go above and beyond to create a caring, supportive environment where children thrive. Our eldest child has strong Spanish language (from a non Spanish speaking household) . This is entirely down to the wonderful language skills that La Casita instills in the children from the very beginning. We couldn’t be happier with the experience our children have had here. It’s a very special place, and we feel lucky to be part of the La Casita community.

I couldn’t be happier with our experience at La Casita. From the moment my daughters started, I could see how much love and care went into every part of their day. The staff are truly exceptional—caring, supportive, and attentive to each child’s individual needs. My daughters have flourished here, both socially and emotionally. They’ve built confidence, developed new skills, and come home excited to share what they’ve learned. The nurturing environment makes La Casita feel like a second home, and I’m so grateful for the warmth and dedication of the team. La Casita is a very special place, and I would recommend it wholeheartedly to any family looking for a safe, joyful, and supportive nursery.

I genuinely feel excited that my children get to spend time with all the staff at La Casita. The nursery provides a relaxed, calm & loving environment for the children. I feel the staff have a genuine connection with my children and celebrate their successes with us as a family. They’re also super organised with great communication. My daughter who is currently in pre-school heard a smoke alarm going off the other day and she told us we needed to go outside but couldn’t take our coats- obviously remembering their fire drills well! Just testament to how they do all parts of their role well.

La casita has become more like a second home for my son. The staff take every child’s individual needs and make sure they are met. They are genuinely friendly, kind and caring which is a rare find in nursery schools. My son has thrived being in this homely environment and can confidently speak a range of Spanish words and phrases.

A wonderful, bilingual nursery with very warm and professional staff. My two year old twins have been thriving since attending this year. Their Spanish skills are developing quickly and they are always excited to attend and play with friends. It has allowed them to learn and grow as individual children concentrating on their own interests and needs whilst maintaining their twin bond. I always feel completely at ease when they are there, the communication is excellent. It’s always so lovely to see them come home so happy and excited about their day!

La Casita is such a wonderful bilingual nursery. Our son joined for 3 months after we found out we were moving to Spain where he would be starting school all in Spanish and we were worried about it being a shock. They took him in very quickly, accelerated the settling period so he could get the most of it, they've been so welcoming and fun. After 1 month of going twice a week, he started saying words and singing songs in Spanish at home! Muchas gracias La Casita :)

This is such a lovely nursery, both my children went here for around 4 years each and they bonded so well with the staff. It’s like a little family. The learning activities they do are really creative and the children really get immersed in the Spanish language. Both my children have finished La Casita and been more than ready to start big school.
