   No particular day review just a terrible experience at the neighbour store at St John’s Retail Park, I’d advise the staff and manager to visit this store and take a leaf out of there books. Always met with pleasantries and great service. Especially Isiah on the window.

   Iv waited so long for my coffee my food is all gone, changed to go now as I have to pick up the kids and out of time. 15/20 minutes is how long we waited. I think maybe they concentrated on the drive-through so I would recommend the drive-through

   We visited Starbucks in Bedford, located in a small retail park with McDonald’s and Domino’s nearby. The place is very nice and cozy inside, with large windows facing directly onto the highway. If you’re coming by motorcycle, like I did, you can park right in front and keep an eye on it, which feels very safe. The staff and the overall atmosphere are great—clean, tidy, and welcoming. Everyone is polite and kind. The restrooms are spotless, absolutely sparkling. Inside, there are spacious tables and a variety of seating options—whether you prefer sitting upright or lounging comfortably. They also provide different types of cups. I came here with my girlfriend for a little trip, and we really enjoyed it. We were very satisfied. I definitely recommend trying their new pumpkin drinks!

   My wife and I popped in to Starbucks today after shopping close by - first time, not sure what to expect behind the glass store front - and, very pleasantly surprised! Large, pleasant, airy space, with a proper bustling coffee shop atmosphere. After getting our drinks (which were great) we asked about the "Chai Latte" and a member of staff, Amii, gave us a sample to try. She really went out of her way to make us feel welcome, and came over to talk with us more after ending her shift. Turned out she is the store manager. 10/10 experience, and we'll be back soon for sure.

   Food and coffee lovely. But lots of seating areas taken by people on laptops, working, who looked like there for long time. And all using tables. Bit chilly to, so not a comfy enviroment to have lunch,

   Stopped in for a quick breakfast shopping with my sister, and we both had a gingerbread latte with chai shots added. The drinks were lovely, the service was polite and quick, and there was plenty of room to sit comfortably. Would recommend and will be visiting again

   Best Starbucks hands down. Ten out of ten for the friendliness of staff, quickness of service, and even the customers are always cheerful and kind. Sometimes I'm in a hurry and when I place an order to pick up it's always right and always ready when I arrive. Highly recommend!

   Didn’t think Starbucks was open at night, but at least the drive through was. As it’s October & I love pumpkin spice latte, I wondered if there was a decaf pumpkin spice latte, & to my delight there is! It was a really lovely pumpkin decaf latte too. (Maybe when they’re not too busy they get the orders spot on. I did see some reviews saying orders not right. But they are human & we all make mistakes. Try again when the place is quieter). What I could see was 2 ladies working, who were friendly & polite. This was also at about 10pm. Now I know if I need a late hot drink if I’m out driving, giving lifts to people, I’ll stop by here. Many thanks, this & customer service made my evening.

   This brand new Starbucks location is really nice. Inside is very tidy and well presented, the service was very quick and the food and drinks were very good also. This is a much more cosy location compared to the Bedford town centre Starbucks. There is a drive-thru here as well as adequate free parking right outside.
