   I never normally leave reviews but I ventured into town the other morning and this place was filthy behind the counter. Everytime I happen to come here to get a coffee it’s always the worst coffee I’ve ever had (yet I always try and give another chance I won’t anymore) . Order was made wrong not just once but on multiple occasions. So gross and such a disappointment I wonder when it might actually change? I didn’t realise how many people avoid it until after I got my terrible coffee and all my friends told me no one goes there cause it’s always the same. Oh and I might add some of the stuff are possibly the rudest I’ve ever encountered, not just to me as they got the person infront order wrong and she was met with an absolute scalding for just requesting what she actually wanted. Yikes!

   The girl at the till didn’t clarify what size of drink I wanted and then assumed I wanted a grande. I only realised after I paid and then both her & her manager said that they don’t offer refunds!! Since when are they not allowed to refund a transaction? I’ve never known a Starbucks with this policy and I felt like they couldn’t be bothered and just fobbed me off. Then, when the drink was made, she abruptly left my drink on the counter. It’s not the level of customer service that I would expect from Starbucks.

   Oh no! What happened!? I used to love coming here but sadly it's all started to go a bit wrong. The poor staff here are really trying their best but they're so overworked as this venue always seems to be understaffed. Please sort this out, Starbucks, this place really deserves to be good again!

   Came in this morning to treat myself during my mother and daughter day. I asked for extra triple shot cappuccino which I always get, it tasted horrible ! I payed £9 (2drinks) just to get milk. Later on I went to the train station Starbucks , got the exact same thing and it was amazing. Very disappointed

   Some staff would rather not be at work. Opening hours say 8am, got there 9:10am to be turned away. Waited outside and saw the girl serving someone, I went over and was told her manager had advised to only serve ‘regulars’ as she was on her own. Came in on another occasion at 4:30pm (shuts at 5:30pm) for all the food and cakes to have been cleared away…. Bit disappointing really!

   Goid location in the Harpur centre. Seats are comfy, service is no frills and basic, prices are stupid. I paid £3.39 for an Americano, which is probably the dearest coffee I've ever bought in my life! How can they justify that? Somebody enlighten me please.

   Very disappointed.For several times I paid for whipped cream on top of my drinks but never got it, I always have to go back and ask for. Also I had an English tea with almond milk and I did not get the milk. It is really annoying.

   Finally we have a Starbucks in the Bedford Town centre. Although we have a lot of coffee shops, I personally did want a Starbucks (and not just at the train station). First visit was a bit problematic, they forgot to put the toppings on my drink, they ran out of lids and they forgot to give us the food that we ordered so had to go back up and ask for it. Other than that the staff were friendly and the place looks great. The drinks were a lot nicer than Costa's. Once they're over the teething problems of opening a new location I'm sure it will be better.
