Absolutely fantastic club. Warm and friendly atmosphere led by an amazing, professional head instructor who has a deep understanding of all aspects of Kung Fu. Amongst other things, lessons include: Kicking, striking, grappling, self-defence, traditonal Chinese weapons, forms, Tai Chi, Dog Boxing, conditioning, strength, fitness and meditation.
