Brian is an excellent teacher who covers both the body mechanics of Tai Chi and energy movement. The former is particularly useful if it takes you a little while to connect with Chi. Highly Recommended.

What do you want from a club like this? Nice friendly people, great instruction and something that works. Brian's group has it all.
