Highly recommended. I have done a number of marital arts over the years. What I particularly like about the Wado Ryu karate is the variety of exercises and activities. The instructor is very professional and treats all students fairly and gives everyone a chance, which I feel occasionally does not happen in the more amateur clubs which can revolve more around friendship groups. All class members practice the katas and work towards progression.

If I could give 6 stars I would. This place has helped massively in building my confidence and fitness, friendly atmosphere with a great mix of people. All of the trainers really know there stuff and are very professional. Would highly recommend if you want to learn new skills and meet new people, thanks Kicks :)

The best place to train under an umbrella of martial arts in. It's my favourite place to be and run by the best, nicest , professional instructors. Kicks and the owners/instructors deserve much more than 5* :)

Being relatively new to exercise (yeah i know, dont judge!) and thai boxing I was a bit unsure how it would work but pleasantly surprised at how organised and safe everything was. Great instruction, friendly team, all social distancing adhered too and a whole lot of fun. Highly recommend if you're looking to get fit and learn something new.
