   This is THE place to go for beginners into martial arts. The pacing is good, it is fun and welcoming with ease to understand the basics that you just need to practice. There is a real sense of community here and you feel like you're a part of something rather than just paying into a company to provide a service. It's great for all ages as it's not too taxing on the body.

   I've been at the club since 1994. It is a warm, friendly and supportive club. None competitive style, fun environment to learn in. Very knowledgeable instructors. A great way to meet and make new friends.
