   Really lovely little place for coffee and the food that I saw looked really delicious and reasonably priced. Just let down by the extremely rude gentleman that was working there, he told us to leave as he had a queue of people who wanted to eat, we were only half way through our coffee and didnt really have a lot of choice as he abruptly shouted it out for everyone to hear. A paying customer is a paying customer regardless of what they order, we certainly won't be a paying customer again!!

   What a gem of a place! 5* food and service for our afternoon tea yesterday and it was AMAZING! All food baked on site and very nice it was with a fabulous selection of savoury and sweet goodies. Particular favourites were the quiche, sausage rolls, scotch eggs, coronation chicken sandwiches, and the ginger based cheesecake was to die for! Absolutely gorgeous! Thank you.

   Ordered breakfast and asked for the bacon to be crispy, paid for at 9.51am. At no time were we lead to believe that the wait time would be as long as it was (yes the annual car show was on) so wasn't expecting it to be quick. But after seeing others peoples food arrive before ours, and 40 mins after ordering I asked the staff if there was problem with our order. Was told they were busy and it would be soon. Food arrived at 10.37, was so hungry even ate the non crispy bacon. On the plus side the food is yummy as is the cake.

   My regular Saturday breakfast spot in Stony. The food is always excellent, as are all the drinks on offer as well as a great choice of homemade cakes and bakes. The staff are always friendly and make everyone feel welcome. It's a real treat.

   Wow - Bean in Stony a few weeks for a Mother’s Day afternoon tea. We cannot believe how incredible it was, delicious, plentiful, service was amazing too. We had multiple coffees & teas to go along with it and enough food to feed double the number of us! We had one veggie and they made a platter of food just for her in addition to the cakes and scones on offer. Honestly can’t believe how good it was - very happy mums. All this food was for 5 people at £20 each - including drinks! If you want to check out an afternoon tea, definitely try this spot. The quality of the homemade food is unreal. 10/10!

   Staff are lovely and really accommodating even when the place was packed. Food reasonably priced with dietary requirements in mind too and the quality was top notch. Note that the poached eggs were done perfectly too, which isn't an easy find in a lot of places. 10/10

   Absolutely lovely little coffee shop. Good atmosphere, lovely staff, delicious cakes and coffee. Recommended. Pop in here rather than a Costa or Starbucks. Does get really busy during lunch, tho.

   5☆ Found today Newyears day 2023 .. after walking out another cafe further down the road because they couldn't cope with an event on , this cafe was on the ball straight away . Table cleaned before we sat down . Table service within 5 mins of sitting down by friendly staff . Food and drinks arrived timely and tasted good @ a fair price . Organised & efficient well done & thank you!!

   Nice family run place. Very good service, nice coffee and very good ingredients. Probably the best black pudding I have tasted out of home so far. They are pet friendly, they have quite a wide menu with homemade stuff and kids options.
