I had an amazing experience the staff was lovely and very friendly always asking if we needed anything. Food was delicious and fast also was hot nothing was cold, would definitely recommend coming down and having the experience i had. If not order through the website and get it delivered to your doorstep within no time.
I went to Dipalee Lounge yesterday with a large group of friends and we had the best time! From the moment we walked in the atmosphere was warm, welcoming and full of charm. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive - Naz, our main waiter, was brilliant all evening. The food was outstanding, bursting with flavour and beautifully presented. You could tell everything was made with care and authentic ingredients. It’s rare to find a place that gets everything right — amazing food, great service, and such a lovely atmosphere. Will definitely be visiting again.
Fantastic dinner on a Saturday night, service from phoning to book right through to paying was 10/10. We found the restaurant online and saw it had good reviews so thought we'd give it a go! Unreal!! Jay was fantastic at welcoming and looking after us and all of the staff were so incredible. The food was very fresh, lovely flavours and the perfect portions. Absolutely recommend to anyone in the four shires area!!! Thank you! :)
We sit in with company group of 11 people. The best tikka massala I had ever eaten, not hot, not spicy just sweet as it should be. Appatizer with mix of everything is excellent idea. Really recommend this place, perfect quality. Only the waiter was a bit "too much" talkative and I was a bit tired to him.
We booked for 7.30, due to the fact that we had 2 young people with us. We waited a long time for our order to be taken, and a very long time to be served. We actually started eating at 8:50. My meal was ok, however the meat was a bit dry. They told they were 2 staff down, and had done 200 takeaways that evening . I can't help thinking that maybe they need to prioritize the people actually sitting in their restaurant, or at least communicate that there will be a wait. This isn't the first time this has happened here.
Had very high expectation from other reviews. The food was not authentic to the name of the dish and felt it was under cooked. It was a dine in experience and the service was good but could have been better as there were just 3 tables occupied and we had to nudge them to get us the check. Price was reasonably good. We were lucky to find a parking spot in front of the restaurant.
Had take aways few times from here and always been great. Unfortunately tonight’s take away cost us just over £145 and unfortunately most of it went in the bin.. the chef must have changed as the food didn’t look great, the tikka dishes looked dry and almost boiled and the taste was not good for any of the dishes. Very disappointed and wouldn’t get a take away again.
Just went here for my girlfriend’s birthday. Great food, great service, the guys were really friendly with my 4 year old and made loads of jokes. We brought a cake and they played music and added a sparkler and even gave her a bottle of Prosecco too.
Amazing customer service! They are so friendly and welcoming! They even went out of their way to make us spicy chutney for the love of spicy food for us without us asking to enjoy with our meal. The food is so delicious! 100/10. Will definitely go again.
