Fantastic friendly club most amazing sensi that run the club my son has been going for a few years now he has conditions like adhd and autism thay are fantastic with his needs and thay have really helped him develop and helped him with his confidence 1 million percent would recommend to anyone that's looking at self defence

My daughter has been training for about a year now and she has learnt so much. I got her involved to engage in regular fitness but little did I know that she would become a little expert. She is not only training her body but also her mind. The lessons focus on learning for life which include growing confidence, learning discipline and being ready to self defense should a situation arise. The club leader/teacher keeps us wanting to come back time and time again. Anthony is so helpful, friendly and totally brilliant at what he does.
