Avoid at all costs! Placed an order on onbuy which I was told was dispatched, weeks later still not delivery and nobody answers my email. Shortly after they stopped trading on onbuy and shut shop. Owner is a scam artist and a liar.
I have ordered an expensive item from them on Sunday. I have checked my order on Monday. Their shop has closed without any warning. No product, no money. They don't response to letters, don't pick up the phone. I asked refund - no response. No any communication. I reported the case to PayPal but if I don't get back my money, I will go to the police. They seem to be frauder.
Amufi Gadgets- non delivery of order. No replies from e mails,or any reason given as to why order not fulfilled. Request for refund ignored. A totally dishonest company! Avoid at all costs!
Absolute shambles of a company, ordered an expensive item, paid for priority postage, told it was sent out next day and since then not a peep, no item and no contact from an utter joke outfit after numerous emails both direct and from Paypal and Onbuy. Stay clear.
