   We ordered drinks for a special day out and unfortunately the order was made incorrectly. Normally this would be easy to fix, but because the store uses an ANPR-controlled car park, leaving and returning to correct the mistake would have risked a £100 parking charge. As a result, the error couldn’t be remedied at all. My wife was left without the drink she ordered, and what should have been a pleasant day out was completely spoiled for both of us. Mistakes happen, but the combination of poor order accuracy and a parking system that actively prevents customers from correcting those mistakes is unacceptable. Customers should not be penalised for trying to resolve an error that wasn’t theirs. Very disappointing experience.

   what a tremendous experience. really quiet when we first came in here and were served quickly. seemed to have gotten busier closer to closing time! it was so nice and quiet to have no other customers pestering us initially! lots of seats to choose from inside and outside. we went for a nice sofa seat. i got a yummy chocolate chip cookie and my partner got a pumpkin spice latte. the toilets were sparkling clean and smelt lovely. staff were really friendly and chatty. i’ll come back here!

   Whilst it's a nice relaxing place to have a coffee with friends. We are regular visitors, however the coffees (Cappuccinos) these days seem to be as much froth in the cups as actual coffee to drink. This as been the case on last 2 or 3 visits. Now very pricey for the coffee you get. Disappointing as used to be well worth a visit.

   A great Starbies in a great location. We’ve been here a few times, and the drinks have always been excellent. Occasionally, at the weekend (around lunchtime), there’s a little wait for drinks, but nothing excessive. A good variety of hot and cold snacks too!

   The good, the bad and the coffee. Update 2023 - still pretty useless service, slow and not much of a pleasure to visit Opens later than most around here,and the staff are pretty friendly but not very good at making drinks :( It is definitely a roadside cafe though with plenty of tables and chairs with very few comfortable chairs. Beloved by the road warriors in the week, with lots of ‘meetings’, interviews and the like. All good and nothing to complain about. The bad is that sadly the coffee making skills are a bit iffy. The instructions are followed but not a damn given if it goes wrong so if you want a coffee with milk it will ALWAYS be a latte regardless of the order. The teas and cold drinks are ok generally. Last up it can be messy as hell because some days (I guess it depends who is working) the tables are not cleared and the floor not cleaned. Toilets are ok but never that clean (I probably wouldn’t want to be cleaning them either so hey ho)

   I regularly use this venue. On the 4th Nov 2022 I held a meeting here. Bought drinks, food and the staff were happy to serve me for the 2hrs I was there. I have now received a £100 fine reduced to £60 for early payment. There are signs but having held meetings here for several years without issue I hadn't taken the new signs in. Sadly the last time I use the venue as a meeting place and the business it brings with it. How they can justify serving you for 2 hrs knowing you get fined after 90 mins is beyond me. I've paid the fine but leaves a sour taste Starbucks. Poor!
