I've always liked going to the Co-op, very friendly staff and very helpful. Good variety of products in store, however, i did buy one of their chicken in gravy pies yesterday. I was quite disappointed when I came to eat it, there must have been only two small pieces of chicken and hardly any gravy in the pie, and there wasn't really any taste to it. It was a shame really, that's the first time I have ever had something from the store that I didn't really like or enjoyed eating.

My experience , co-op is a good place to shop but i was in the queue at the kiosk for 20min while on line shoppers was collecting parcels , Come on co-op have a seperate kiosk please for on line shoppers so us every day shopper can be on there way and not have to wait 20min for a 2min shop

The Co-op is a contradiction. They have member offers, but then they sell most goods at a premium price. They are convenient. I recommend using the tills, else staff will lose their jobs

One of the larger Co-op stores but still quite small. Could be cheaper, especially given the other more affordable supermarkets in town. Some staff are nice, one was rude.

Always seems to be well stocked, staff are very helpful and friendly but I do think the prices are little steep compared to other supermarkets.

Just picked up one of their £5.00 meal deals for a family from the freezer section. When money is tight they do have some great deals.

I like the Coop early morning as it was very quiet, staff really nice and helpful. Noticed prices creeping up but that's the tory government's fault not the Coops.

Pleasant shopping experience with a wide range of good quality items. But many of the prices are too high. Today I was charged £1.75 for a mystery something I didn't buy. On the shelf label cheddar cheese was 2 for £3 - I was charged £4.60. I used a members £1 discount voucher and was told I couldn't use the 'divi' on my card at the same time.

Staff lovely and helpful. Much appreciate them being kind and understanding with an oldie...such a lovely lady on the bakery counter who served me with croissants on Sunday 11th October just after the store opened. Good attention to making sure that necessary till/tills are open as customers arrive to pay.
