The man that is mainly in there working is so rude, has absolutely zero customer service skills, and is often talking to someone on the phone when I go in there. I used to go in to drop my parcels off but I refuse to go in now as he was so rude to me and wouldn’t let me print my label off as he was blaming me for their machine not working!

Unfortunately it is not possible to give 0*s I have just been verbally abused by the 'shop manager' whilst trying to send an Evri parcel. If you need to send a parcel I advise you to avoid this shop and use one of the more helpful shops in Harborough that provide this service instead

Entered this shop, got my purchase to the counter, offered my CASH, which was of Scottish origin, and was refused service, no explanation, no excuse. As a Scottish working man who works in England I find this just so disrespectful, as it clearly says on a British sterling note to pay the bearer on demand the sum of the note (which I did not do) and was asked to leave whereupon a obnoxious young man confronted me telling me he does not have to serve me as I'm not from England after which I told him I would review the shop and also post his picture online, showing how much we Scot's are discriminated against in a country we are also a major part of. This is a continual and ongoing theme found time and time again from English shopkeepers whom some clearly don't understand who our countries system is supposed to work equally for all of our citizens.
Witnessed the off licence Shop owner he was very aggressive and was swearing loudly for no reason at a young female customer. All she asked was why she should take her own parcel to the back shop and its not his job when he clearly scanned the parcel in for everyone else first and left her at the end only to shout at her for saying so. Will never use this rubbish shop again how they treat customer can you imagine how he treats his wife. Doesn't even deserve to sell or have one star
