   Right where do I start travel house only seem to care about there commission and once they got that they dont care said you phone them up your on hold for over an hour you tell them they have a problem as they booked me and my partner into the venezia resort told us it was a 4* resort ended up it was a 3* which I wouldnt even call it that more like a 2 well to start it off out us in a room with a broken tv broken air con food was awfull that we had to eat out most days and catch taxi almost everyday which you get ripped off left right and centre as they charge 10 euros to go on a 10 minute journey as our resort is up on a steep hill so walking wasnt an option if you didnt have sun cream. the first morning we had breakfast there was all flies all over the food and it wasnt very hygienic which put us off having any again then the on a few occasions we had food we both had really bad stomach and the resort shouldnt be an all inclusive as the pizza bar is only open for beer and pizza at certain hours and the beer is only 2 percent and watered down least say I wouldnt reccomend anyone stay at this resort as is a total waste of money and nothing much to do here as were in the middle of no where

   Terrible !!!! told holiday was cancelled and rebook then worker went bk on her word so I lost out on £500 off tui insentive when my holiday hadn't been cancelled at the time
