Booked a last min holiday cruise to the Caribbean through THG. Had a few hiccups after booking where we didn’t originally book the drinks package but wanted to add this on a day after booking. We contacted MSC who said it was possible but had to be done through THG as that’s who we originally booked with and wee still within our 7 day cancellation period. When we contacted THG we were told “absolutely no way” but after speaking to Gareth Rees he was able to sort this for us. Thanks Gareth - highly recommend!
Travelled to Vietnam with THG. Customer service was excellent and the trip was organised exceptionally well. I was travelling alone so a little apprehensive but had no problems at all.

Wanted a bucket list trip for my wife and I to celebrate a milestone birthday. Pandemic aside, THG were open, honest and transparent. We travelled throughout Thailand and stayed in 3 different locations, all amazing! Big thank you to Senet, who worked with me to tailor the trip to my requirements, her knowledge and and communications took away all the hassle and made the holiday seamless from end to end. I've no hesitation to recommend THG to anyone and will be using them again in the future.
THG couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly while we were making our booking, and I wrote them a 5-star review based on our booking experience. However, once we’d paid for our trip, they were noticeably less interested. I had a query that was fairly urgent and to which I’d not been able to find answers on the internet, so I rang the agent I’d booked with. I had to ring three times over a period of as many weeks because no-one ever rang me back. And, when I finally asked the person who answered, their advice was to look on the internet as they didn’t know the answer any more than I did. Then on arrival at our destination, we discovered that 2 of the party had been sent the voucher needed to get on the bus but 2 hadn’t. Luckily, the bus company took pity on us, telling us we weren’t the first this had happened to. I might book with THG again one day but I’ll try out other operators first in the hope of finding one that offers a consistently high level of service.
I've booked a few trips with THG Holidays, each time the holiday has been flawless. For my latest trip to New York, the incredible team found the best flights for the best possible price, likewise with the hotel. I received the same exceptional service on our trip to Florida (thank you to Mandy for finding our AMAZING beach front Miami hotel at such a great price!). All the booking info is sent to me straight away and I am always provided with everything I need. Can't wait to book my next holiday with the fab team at THG.
I booked with THG recently for my annual Las Vegas trip and I must say I cannot thank THG enough for their service before, during and after the trip. They were on hand when I needed absolutely anything, even whilst I was abroad. Would definitely book again with THG. The service was incredible and we had a trip of a lifetime! Everything ran so perfectly.
