I visited Llanelli branch to book a holiday as i have delt with Lowri previously. Lowri has great patience and always finds what im looking for. On this occasion i not only booked one holiday but 2 holidays as i couldn't decide which one i liked best , she took her time to find dates that accommodated my budget to fit both places in along with excursions, she didnt make me feel at all rushed. I highly recommend visiting Lowri you wont be disappointed.
What an excellent booking experience with knowledge and understanding the core element of customer service. First visit to the store we met Jemma who listened to our plans and expectations then designed and tailored suggestions that weren't anything that we expected but we're exactly what we wanted. Most of all there was no pressure. No hassle and no hard sell. We left the store with options and quotes to discuss and decide what we were doing. There was follow up support and emails to tweak the packages and we were left to figure out the dog sitter in peace. On returning to the store we met Danielle as Jemma was on a day off. She was able to pick up the thread from Jemma and take us through the booking process of the two selected holidays. From start to finish both Jemma and Danielle were superb. Their experience and knowledge of the hotels, the cruises and the whole process was exceptional. Danielle had to make some more adjustments and managed to save us money with a suggestion or two that actually extended our holiday whilst saving us money. The level of care and support is superb. They both display a level of interest in us having a stress free holiday and process from picking through to departure. An absolute pleasure to deal with both and will be booking through the store again in the future.

I went into the shop to enquire about my holiday for next year, and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a lovely welcoming member of staff. She sat me with an advisor who had been to the destination I wanted to go to. She was amazing as she gave me loads of hints and guidance on the best things to do Kos. When I get paid I'll be definitely going back to book in that store. The personal advice from Nic and Emma was outstanding. I definitely recommend. See you soon xx
Emma and Nic were both super helpful and knowledgeable in helping me choose my holiday for this year. I knew the destination I wanted to go to but was unsure of hotels in the area and both staff members used their experience to ensure I picked the right hotel, flights and excursions for my holiday. I cannot praise and thank Emma, from Llanelli store enough. I had an issue with my local store (Gateshead) as they would not allow me to use a voucher I had, and they offered me no advice or support. I used a telephone number on the voucher to try to get this resolved. Luckily for me I got put through to the Llanelli store and Emma and her team, resolved this in less than 10mins. to me that is fanfastic customer service. I wished her store was closer to me as I woukld definately use that store again. Once again, thanks Emma, Llanelli and Wales :0
