What really helped was that she’s been to Lapland herself and actually stayed at the same hotel we’ve booked, so her advice was based on real experience. We booked a holiday with Lisa, she was extremely helpful and looked into not just hotel but the whole area to make sure it suited our needs. She was very patient and listened to what we wanted from our holiday. Lisa was amazing at helping us with our insurance and very discreet as we discussed personal details. Lisa sorted out the car parking at Bristol Airport which was a massive help and we found her a huge support in the whole process of booking the holiday. She answered all our questions and explained all details of the flight times, transfers, currency and the overall holiday. She assured us that if we had any further questions she would help us out. Lisa truly is a huge asset to TUI.
Great service from Lisa yesterday when we booked a last minute holiday. Quick, efficient and friendly. We had seen a holiday on the website but booked through the store as we have found from past experience we get lots more information in person. Our last holiday was booked by Matthew and he was so patient! We had no idea what we wanted and his advice gave us one of our best holidays ever. In future, unless we have something very specific in mind, we will just call in and have a chat to find the best deal.
Excellent, friendly customer service. Experienced staff who were able to answer all our questions. It is a small branch in a small town but that makes the service you receive much more personal. Recently booked my Disney land Paris holiday here with Cerys. All the other staff were very welcoming. I decided to go into store to book as I didn’t know where to start, she explained everything from the meal plans to character dining and the advantages with staying in an on site hotel. Very happy will definitely be back to book more.
I went into the TUI Ammanford branch to get currency for my holiday that I booked online however I must say the thorough service that I received in store was superb and I felt that they really cared for my needs. It was so nice to have such a personal service which you don't get when booking online. I was really surprised to hear that in store they are the same price as online as well. Mathew was even as kind to make sure I had everything I needed in place for my holiday like insurance, car parking and even offered to get my excursions pre booked. I will definitely be returning to store to book my next holiday. Thank you for your help. See you soon!
I am so happy with the service I received when going into the shop. They took their time, listened to what I wanted and gave me lots of suggestions. They were clear about the process and talked through all the aspects and extras of the holiday. Nothing was too much of an ask and every member of staff was helpful and made sure I was looked after. Information was shared with me and it amde booking my first holiday abroad a wonderful experience.
