I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr Aziz Ahmet. He is a doctor who truly listens to his patients, takes their concerns seriously, and genuinely wants to help. He performed my surgery for spinal canal stenosis. Before my operation, I thoroughly researched Dr Ahmet — his medical background, patient reviews, and the way he treats people — and this gave me confidence in him. I am so glad I trusted him. He is truly a highly skilled and successful surgeon. Although the surgery was considered high-risk for me, it went extremely well and without any problems. I am still in the recovery process, as I had the surgery three months ago, but I have not experienced any post-operative complications at all. This clearly reflects Dr Ahmet’s expertise and professionalism. Not only Dr Ahmet, but his entire team are outstanding — kind, supportive, and professional. I sincerely hope that the NHS in the UK truly appreciates the value of such an exceptional doctor. Thank you very much, Dr Ahmet, and thank you to your wonderful team.
I had a hysterectomy due to womb cancer. I can not thank Dr Macnab, all her team, the recovery team and all the staff on Stour ward. Hospital was clean, food was tasty. Staff were all brilliant.
Absolutely brilliant Cate provided in the A&E I went in at 5 am for serious headaches and vision issues , the waiting was a long process, but after the long wait they were superb,they assessed me, arranged me a CT scan and have me my results the same day due to other health issues I have currently. Luckily it was ok, but the doctor was superb , I just wish I knew his name so I could mention his hard work and care and attention. Superb stuff , thank you
I have to say, I was very pleased with how my son was treated for his dislocated shoulder. He was seen quickly and proficiently. He was in alot of pain and all the staff were brilliant at calming him down and fixing him up. What an amazing team and. I was very impressed impressed during our whole visit.
There was a little wait, as expected. But once we had checked in, we got seen very quickly. I attended with my daughter (4) she fell in the bath and split her chin open. We arrived, was seen and home in an hour and a half. The staff were absolutely fantastic. My daughter is very shy but the nurses were patient with her and made her feel comfortable. The new parking system is much better. Now don't have to worry about having change with you and never knowing how long to put on the meter. A few pounds to pay in the car park is nothing compared to the amazing service you receive for free. Never a bad word to say about our NHS
Just a quick note / comment about Ipswich Hospital- I needed help - and every dept. I was taken to - A&E etc treated me with kindness and respect. Everyone from the young man cleaning the floors to the kind folks giving out teas and coffees etc were lovely. The nurses and doctors just don’t have enough time in the day as they work non - stop doing their very best. I’m back home now and I thank everyone that helped me get through an upsetting time. That message is from the bottom ( of my now working) heart!!! Thank you
I’m on holiday in Felixstowe with my wife and two days ago had a nosebleed which I couldn’t stop although I’d tried for two hours. I’m on blood thinners owing to heart surgery in July. The treatment I received in the emergency department at the hospital was excellent. All staff were very caring and considerate and the waiting time wasn’t long. They provide a wonderful professional service. I came away after two hours with the bleeding stopped and good advice how to stop it if it happened again: it hasn’t happened again. The care I have received here has been outstanding. During chemotherapy they have been kind and patient, making sure I understood what was happening and being reassuring at all times. Chemotherapy is never easy, but here was the best it could be.
