Friendly, accommodating. All staff are friendly and have made a conscious effort to remember my regular order. From the time I've spent here I see they do this with others to whenever they can. All staff balance easy going nature with professionalism and make it a pleasant place to relax and/or get work done. Running a coffee shop exactly the right way.
The spiritual home of Bletchley's "great unwashed" , permanently unemployed and migrants who have just arrived on a mattress . Mediocre to complete rubbish describes the coffee which is extortionately priced and the food is of the pre made bung in a microwave variety . The staff and level of service I found to be quite good but this franchise model is an old and redundant format and unless you fall into the brackets I have outlined above why would you ?

This really is a cut above the usual Costa. The staff are lovely, I was told to sit so the server could bring my toastie and coffee to my table when they were 'done'. Regulars were greeted by name. The toilet was immaculate and my table had been cleared by the time I came out of the loo. If I lived in Bletchley, this would be my haunt.
Great service and good selection of the drinks/food. They were short staff on a Wednesday and they were apologetic to all customers. The service was good, however I take 1 star out of 5 as they didn’t have the Toblerone chocolate for my drink, the sugar was inexistent at the counter. While I was waiting for my drinks the 2 staff behind the till were laughing and chatting between each other and was only the guy jumping and doing all of it, while his colleagues were not in a rush.
Served quickly. Hot drinks are hot & cold drinks are cold. One of the best Costa coffees in Milton Keynes, because it has aircon, which makes it a great place have a refreshing drink, and cool down during the summer heat.
The shop is on the high street. Very clean place with plenty not space. Good social distancing practices in place. They have sitting area upstairs as well. Toilet facilities also available.
One of the best coffee experiences in Europe! Cozy and delicious, service is fast and friendly and the food tastes really good ...... go on spoil yourself!!!
