   Absolutely disgusting. I'm disabled and reliant on delivery. When and IF someone answers the phone, I am met with an extremely rude response about the rules of ordering and booking a drop off. I am due a delivery today, already booked, but all I got was one drug which I am not even prescribed while waiting on others. . There has been no response to my calls to find out if the drugs I need are en route. Avoid this place if you can. There must be better pharmacies out there than this one. Abysmal.

   Abysmal service. You can put a script in over a week early and it's still not ready to collect when you go there. 10 days and mine wasn't ready when I went there, 10 days !! Shocking service and even worse attitudes. The doctors next door are bad enough but this place just tops it off. There's no personal touch from the counter staff , they talk loud and abrupt. If the chemist is full everyone will know you information. Good job I didn't need cream for my old boy, otherwise the whole of Llansamlet would know about it. Come on Hanfords, have some respect, treat customers with some decency and sort out your waiting times, it's become a joke that's just not funny !!!

   I have used this chemist for many years and I have never had any problems. The staff have always been very helpful and give sound advice in a private consultation room if needed. They were a brilliant, essential front line service during the pandemic working hard when many were furloughed. Thank you all staff

   Everytime i come here all the staff in the back are busy either on their phones or giggling, laughing and chatting. Hardly do any work which is why there are always long queues here. Plus close for lunch for an hour for lunch. Awful service!

   I am a carer for 3 people so my time is spread thinly. Today (Friday) I rang to see if the prescription ordered on Monday from the surgery was ready for pick up as there is usually a long queue to get in to even ask if it is ready. The lady I spoke to on the phone went to check and told me that they were just finishing up so it would be ready soon. So I left an hour and went to get it. 15 minutes of queuing outside I finally got the answer that it had never been started despite what I was told in the phone. If I had been told on the phone they hadn't started then I would have left it until the next morning. Everyone I spoke to in the shop was dismissive and non apologetic and looked at me as if was making a fuss over nothing. I object to being treated as if I was the one lying. However I went next door to the surgery as the chemist had said they only received it weds, so I took this up with the surgery and they said it was definitely sent over Monday and I wasn't the first person to have queried what they were being told. So I changed where my prescriptions are being sent and I would advise anyone to investigate a different chemist. I was offered in a very off handed way to speak to the manager but to be honest I'd wasted enough time. Someone in there knew they had spoken to me and I only hope the chemists manager reads this review and that other customers start voting with their feet. If I had received the slightest recognition that I had been misinformed I would not have made the fuss I did but I cannot abide people suggesting in someway I am lying. There are plenty of chemists that the surgery next door will send your prescription to, so if you have issues I suggest you go and speak to the doctor's surgery.

   Every time I go to get a prescription I get told its not there, only to go back to the doctors who tell me the pharmacy has it - and its eventually found. It takes me an hour on some occasions. Not only this, the staff are abrupt, rude and have no respect for confidentiality, openly talking loudly about your medication.
