   Arrived at 8.50am as pharmacy opens at 9am. A minute or 2 later a white car parked outside. 8.58 a lady got out of the car and went to open the gates. I followed and so did another gentleman to be told that we don't open for 2 more minutes. We waited in the rain till just after 9 then was told it was open. I entered, handed my prescription to the lady to be told in a sharp manner " the pharmacist is running late " then stood with no expression. I replied do you know roughly how long , to which she just shrugged her shoulders. I then said well 1 hour , 2 hours , she then said " could be or could be less". She then took my prescription to check if my item was available to return to say " it was out of stock". Just a suggestion , it would be more professional if the pharmacist could give a rough estimation of time when he is running late and the assistant could have a better customer care .

2. Julia Roberts ★☆☆☆☆

   Took my prescription in yesterday. Left it overnight to collect today. When I arrived. It wasn't ready. Waited 20 minutes for them to put it together. Surely it should have been ready. Won't be going back there. Short staffed and unapologetic!!

   Tried to drop a prescription for diabetic medication and was told 4 days turn around time. Tried to explain I needed it same day but told you can walk to the next pharmacy, wonder if they treat the elderly and disabled this way. Absolute joke, the staff should be ashamed of themselves.

   Inconsistent service, delays with orders, incorrect information given regarding prescription readiness and frequent let downs. Considering the proximity to a GP surgery, I'm surprised at how poorly the place is organised. On the plus side they have a fair selection of toothbrushes for such a relatively small floorplan.

   I have used this pharmacy for many years, the girls have always been fantastic and helpful but over the last few months it has gone really downhill. Very unhelpful staff, prescriptions taking forever and never the same faces whenever you go in. With so many other pharmacies around they really need to up their game if they want to keep customers coming back. I myself have decided to move pharmacy which is a shame because I do like remaining loyal. There are way better pharmacies with better customer service within less than a mile of this one.
