I had a chest infection and probably needed antibiotics but the pharmacy said we don’t take appointments until after 10am. Pretty useless really as if the pharmacist couldn’t be bothered.
My local pharmacy, always happy to help, excellent customer service. The pharmacist is my first point of call than the GP surgery for minor ailments.
Got the medication here that I couldn’t get at Lloyd’s pharmacy. Friendly and best of all no big queue which is always nice.
Appalling customer service. If there was a zero rating I would have done it. An attempted delivery was very questionable. No note was left and having a ring doorbell no video evidence either was present on the so called attempted delivery. Spoke to the manager Christina and staff Joanna and they have been saying because itbis a free delivery service i should not be complaining. You try to support local business to do your little bit but it has come back to you badly. Not worth the time and opportunity to gain more customers. So bad and unacceptable customer relations. Bring your business somewhere else.
