   Rude staff. Called ahead and was told they had everything I needed on perscriptions, got there and they didn’t have it in stock. Told me to come back Monday, still didn’t order it in. I stated it’s difficult to keep coming back and forth can you deliver it when it comes they agreed but got a text saying to collect. Handed my perscription over in ripped bag with no label to seal it, just looks like they don’t care and treat you like an inconvenience when I called back to remind them about a delivery the woman kept talking over and interrupting me rudely not letting me finish a sentence. Treat customers very badly.

   Shocking service my neighbour is 81 years old and has to phone most months as she is missing something. Last Monday only one weeks supply was given they didn’t even know the door to let her know just posted through the letter box . 8 days later nothing after phoning they promised to deliver 1st thing today phoned again they are missing one item will deliver after 12:00 she take her 7 pills at 7:00 am this is unacceptable I appreciate you are short staffed but this has been going on since before lock down and hasn’t improved . It doesn’t help that some of the staff are so defensive when questioned to the point of being rude . You need more staff like Lynne Arnold she is polite friendly and efficient she could teach the others a thing or two . Absolutely disgusting service .
