Very very slow service and they are never on time. One time is fine but not again and again.
Very slow and incompetent service. At least you'll have the endless gossip to listen to whilst you stand around with everyone else wondering just when will they be bothered to acknowledge your existence.
I came in to get an emergency prescription as I live in Bristol was seeing family while I was in Swansea and I just needed to provide some details and with a bit of a wait I had my emergency stash and I could go through the weekend without any worries! Only issue was the wait time was sat around for 35-40 mins but staff were helpful and friendly.
I've had no repeat prescription for a week and haven't taken any medication for that period. It was good Friday yesterday and couldn't pick up my prescription. I hope it's ready today hurry up. They take ages

I Had an appointment for a flu injection. I was told to take a seat . I waited 20 minutes no one said a word to me even though they were walking around. I thought i was invisible. My anxiety could not take any more i walked out. Enough is enough
My partner was refused help from every other pharmacy and gp for their severe tonsillitis as there weren't registered with a gp at the time. They couldn't get any help anywhere, but this team were amazing and so efficient with helping them get tested, providing an amazingly kind and empathic service with a practitioner who took the time to go through things thoroughly and took their concerns seriously. I cannot recommend this service enough.
Andrew and the rest of the team do there best to get my prescription ready as quickly as possible and even when they are really busy I rarely wait longer than 15 mind. Always polite and friendly and always very helpful
