   This pharmacy has become a joke. It is always short staffed. One day I went there and they were closed even though there were staff inside working. Another time, I went, and they weren't dispensing any medication at all that day. Another day, there was a four hour wait. Don't waste your time going here, just go elsewhere instead!

   Very bad service. My poor grandmother is 84 and has a awful time, last month tablets missing. This month they said it hadn't been sent by doctors, hours on the phone, doctors said they had sent it. Rang pharmacy again…oh yeah we found it now. So disorganised and stress-full. Maybe a manager would be a good idea? My nan made 3 trips walking for her prescription in May, as things were missing etc. and they didn't even tell her when she collected it. Poor poor service.

   Truly awful customer service here, from rude, unpleasant, inflexible and obstructive assistants. If I could give zero stars, I would. One woman in particular speaks to customers in a throughly unpleasant and patronising manner. I've also been given the wrong medication here in the past, despite the correct medication being on my prescription.

   Always very helpful and have a bigger range in stock than most of the other local pharmacies. Several times I've come down here for items nobody else had, and they've either been available or if I came in during the morning would be there in the afternoon.
