Absolutely terrible service hopefully i can change and go elsewhere they are the worst pharmacy that I have ever come across don't use them if you can help it
Absolutely awful pharmacy, don't collect my prescription or even request so now having to go till later nxt week...never in my life have I known such incompetency...do not recommend
The most incompetent pharmacy I’ve had the displeasure to use. Went to collect my weekly meds as they hold all my prescription scripts and apparently they had used all their supply of one of my drugs for that day when they had my prescription there for over a week? I don’t have any spare pills as part of my weekly prescription regimen for the safety of myself so had to rush to a different (competent) pharmacy to get my meds I needed for the next 7 days. You’d think there would be some coordination so that when I pick my medications up on the same day each week they’d have it?? But no. The pharmacists there are sluggish and have zero enthusiasm and seem not to care about the people that rely on them? Will absolutely stay far from there, would not recommend unless you fancy a mega slice of incompetence.
Rarely does this chemist have the prescription item in stock. They don't answer the phone they say due to 'covid'. The blonde girl that works there is the rudest person I have ever encountered. I though it was me but I've witnessed the way she speaks to some of the elderly. Stuart the other guy has worked there for years and is great. But now I go elsewhere because of her attitude. If there was another chemist in walking distance this shop would be out of business in no time.
Always busy. Losing my prescriptions then turning up after I've informed doctor's surgery. It's a busy chemist but needs more organisation
