   wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy, the attitude and unprofessionalism from the lady emma who works there is ridiculous! my mum came in on friday to collect her medication and it wasn’t the medication she had been trained to use (her medication she needed a hospital appointment to train her how to inject it and was trained on a certain one) no matter how many times she has stated that she can only use a certain one as she has only been shown how to use a certain one they keep on giving her the wrong one. when she went in there to collect her medication she was met by the not so professional emma. my mum explained that she couldn’t use that one as she hasn’t been trained and all emma did was shrug her shoulders and walked off with no offer to order in the correct one. my mum then had to shout over to ask how would she go about getting the prescription at another pharmacy and emma just shrugged her shoulders with no effort or patient care to help my mum. my mum stated that she wouldn’t have enough for her next dose and emma didn’t care at all. her attitude towards my mum was disgusting. she couldn’t care less that my mum would’ve been without her meds and didn’t even have the decency to help. would highly recommend to avoid this pharmacy

   Service has gone really bad, taking too long to make up prescriptions, and trying to get through on the phone has become a nightmare, it never used to be like this, it's a shame, as the staff are lovely.

   Have used for several years, something has happened in the last few months that has made the service drop off a cliff, they wont answer the phone and they advise that repeat prescriptions are in hand when they haven't even been requested with the Dr's Surgery in over a week, starting to put patient care at risk by messing around with prescriptions and the chasing when you cant speak with the phone constantly ringing....... I have always thought "shop local" but this experience has shown me that in this case its not worth it and go to another pharmacy, they will tell you that things are in hand when actually are not, giving you the run around and meaning you run out of your prescribed tablets, this is all using the Pharmacy App so you even approve your repeat prescriptions ahead of time (month in advance), i submit ahead of when i need to due to their known delays, still over a week later still no tablets, do yourself a favour and go somewhere else !

   I have been with treboeth pharmacy for over 20 years. They have been wonderful but the last 6 months or so they have become appalling. One member of staff in particular needs customer care training. If they offer a delivery service then they should provide it. I am in need of my medication today but they have failed to deliver. If I was well and able I would collect. No help or care when I rang the pharmacy. What a shame. Come on pharmacist's get your staff trained or get rid.

   Had heart medication meant to be delivered. Never showed up. Blamed the fact they only have one driver. Get more! I had arranged with you to get my DAILY heart meds to me before I ran out. I was assured they would be delivered. I'm now in work and unable to pick them up myself and I'm being told they can't get them to me for another 3 days. Absolutely appalling.
