This pharmacy has lost my prescription, has lied to us. The staff were very rude to us on many occasions and did not assist us in rectifying their mistake. I am now without my needed medication
Went down there a year ago looking for some sunscreen or aftersun but there wasn't Any. Friendly staff and nice decor though
Opening time should be changed to 9:30 as you don’t really open at 9.
I came down by 9am you still wasn't open, when you should be. You tell me someone was on lunch at half 1 and be an hour. I came back by 3 and you was on lunch again from 3 to 4. If your opening time is at 9, then you should open at 9. I been told everyone's moaned about you lot. First time I had to make a complaint.
This pharmacy has gone downhill considerably in the last few months, they do not provide the service they advertise, they should not offer a service if they Cant provide it which they clearly Cant anymore, Do not use this pharmacy as you can not rely on them to provide you with your medication .
Shame I can’t give zero stars, rude staff, never have prescriptions ready, bare face lie to you about having epilepsy medication on their delivery van then saying they don’t. Left my son without epilepsy medication for a week and hung up on over 130 phone calls. Avoid at all costs. We have now gone with boots, a capable pharmacy
