What has happened to the great chemist that used to be here. Its a disaster now. All the regular staff have left and the shelves do not resemble a genuine pharmacy. I don't want to buy washing up liquid from a chemist. Neither should sweets be available. They don't even stock what the GPs prescribe. My husband now has to have his prescription sent to Pontardawe as one of the medications is apparently too expensive. The health centre must get involved and demand an improvement. The staff are probably under a great deal of pressure since we've lost Lloyds. Please return this chemist to what the people of Clydach need.

Quiet well organised village doctors surgery, minor procedure clinic and attached pharmacy next door.

The staff are very very rude and have lied about what meds they have in stock and when I changed prescription to match their stock told me they hadn't had it for months. They then refused to serve me because I asked for complaints email. The attitude the manager gave me was disgusting.

Absolutely shambolic, first of all they hand my tablets to an unknown last weekend mostly opiate based drugs as I have MS. Then I find out they haven't put my regular script in for pregabalin as I used to pick my tablets straight from this sham of a chemist, and then I had to go running around with a new script I had from the doctor at 5.45 in the afternoon. So now I have to do the sham of a pharmacy job to go and get my tablets from elsewhere and will be doing going forward there is no way I'm walking into that place again. Also I'm putting a complaint into the general pharmaceutical council to get them shut down. There is always complaints about them for the very same reasons as I've put above.

Been on lamotrigine, epileptic, for 20 yrs, never out of stock, script order via g.p collected from pharmacy. Went today, out of stock, the 8 suppliers are out of stock. I order 1 wk before I run out. New system is going to be interesting

Queued to be seen for 30mins, to collect a prescription that was prescribed 7days ago, it should have been received by them at least 2working days ago. The prescription had not been done, and would take another 30 minutes to make up! This is the 2nd time this has happened in recent weeks. Staff have been friendly but, who has an entire hour, to pick up a prescription that was from 7days ago.

There is at most times a queue to get inside which if it is raining there is no where to shelter. The problem is patients call into the surgery get a pescription and obviously want it immediately so go into the pharmacy, The pharmacist needs time to make up the perscription and this is where the problem starts people queing inside I always use Ask mygp for my repeat persciption so when I call in to collect it is already made up so once I am served I am out within two minutes. I have stood outside for nearly on hour at times there needs to be a better system.

The website said they were open but they weren't. If they close for lunch they need to post a sign saying so outside. Waited for over 45 mins when could have come back later if known
