We are beyond grateful for the support and dedication of Rachel Stower. She was truly amazing from start to finish professional, compassionate and incredibly knowledgeable. She fought for us every step of the way, kept us informed and made a stressful process so much easier. Thanks to her hard work and commitment, we achieved a successful outcome. She is a true blessing and we cannot recommend her highly enough.

After 5yrs of having a very unpleasant time dealing with the Local Authority and Care home, Andy guided me through some hard times and we finally had a very agreeable outcome. I can not thank him enough for his knowledge and patience.

Not accessible to people with learning disabilities. Very unhelpful reception team insist on sending out a form where you can only put limited information. To then suggest case doesn't fall under care proceedings when a barrister told us through direct access to find a local law firm who specialise in care proceedings, and only then you say sorry we don't have capacity for urgent cases is the truth. Just say that in the first place and stop sending people out forms when they phone you 2 days prior and tell you its a urgent case.

I had an excellent experience with the Community Care Team at Martin Searle Solicitors. Their advice on navigating the process of applying for funding towards care home fees was truly exceptional. Rachel, in particular, provided clear and sensible step-by-step guidance, making a complex process much easier to understand. She was always available and responsive whenever unexpected questions arose, which gave me real peace of mind. I am very grateful for their expertise and support, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing help in this area.

I honestly cannot put into words how much MS Solicitors have helped me. I was facing a highly complex and stressful situation involving the local authority, my property, and care home fees. I turned to MS Solicitors for help, and from the moment Rachel Burley-Stower took on my case, everything changed. Rachel is an exceptional solicitor—her depth of knowledge, clarity of advice, and strategic thinking are truly world-class. She approached every aspect of my case with care, precision, and unwavering dedication. Her ability to navigate such a complex legal matter and secure a truly outstanding outcome for me was nothing short of remarkable. I felt supported, informed, and reassured every step of the way. Thanks to Rachel, I not only achieved a resolution I never thought possible, but I also regained peace of mind during a very difficult time. I am deeply grateful to Rachel and MS Solicitors, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking expert, compassionate, and results-driven legal representation.

Can't actually speak to a solicitor on the phone, or arrange an appointment, without going through a questionnaire-style interview by the receptionist! Even then, due to "high capacity", they can't tell you when someone will deign to return your call. Not exactly a firm that I'd want to put my trust in.

I have worked with Paula, from Martin Searle Solicitors since late 2018. In this time, I have nothing but praise for the professionalism I have received and cannot rate this business highly enough. Paula has always been fully knowledgeable and quick to reply to emails/ queries. Her commitment to her work is admirable and she always went above and beyond her duty, in helping and advising and listening. I am in no doubt that I could not have chosen abetter law firm to represent me and am very thankful that Paula was allocated to work with me. Thank you Paula. Amazing work!

Without Fiona's expertise, there could have been a number of different outcomes to our employment issue. Fiona responds to communications swiftly, is always happy to chat through on the phone, and provided excellent guidance and oversight. Thanks again!

Fiona is hugely knowledgeable and pragmatic in her approach. Her training is always geared towards practicalities and delivered in a way that gives you the confidence to apply the learning in real life situations, rather than just feeling like theory. Highly recommended.

Fiona Martin at Martin Searle Solicitors partners with Wired Sussex to run the HR Digital Media group in Brighton. She has also provided Wired Sussex with legal support and assistance on various occasions. I can fully recommend Fiona and her team to businesses needing employment law advice and support around personnel matters. I have always found her to be understanding, focused and with a very high level of expertise in her field.
