   Pharmacist was a snail. Couldn’t get things right, over 1 and a half hours to collect meds. Useless from start to finish. Never again.

   WENT TO GET A PERSCRIPTION FOR A CANCER PATIENT ONLY 2 IN THE QUE WOMAN HAD PERSONAL CHAT WITH SOMEONE SHE KNEW THEN SERVED US / THEN TOLD TO COME BACK IN 30 MINS AND WAS TOLD IN HER EXACT WORDS ` WE DONT HAVE THIS MEDCATION COME BACK IN THE MORNING IF YOU WANT THE TABLETS` WAITED 50 MINS IN TESCO FOR NOTHING IF MY STAFF HAD THE ATTITUDE SHE HAD I WOULD SACK THEM END OF

   Absolutely shocking, for 2 months in a row they have lost my prescriptions, finding it the first time after sending me away and trying to send me away for the second time. How are they allowed to get away with comments like 'are you sure you ordered it' and 'maybe it wasn't signed' and 'oh there is a label here but we can't find your prescription' honestly people have medication for a reason! Never come to this pharmacy unless of cause you like the stress of dealing with ridiculous situations like this!

   Awful service, had a script sent from the hospital , pharmacist said it wasn't there, then changed hisi mind and said they had no stock. I asked for an alternative ,he refused. Told me to back to 111. On a bank holiday! He would provide any medicine even though its allowed. He was more interested on eating behind the counter,than advising a sick elderly lady that need medication.... should not be in this job .

   some staff and pharmacist can be extremely rude and work at a snails pace,they ignore the queues at times and my husband waited 40 minutes today then told he has to wait an hour and a half to get the prescription done!! You hear a lot of customers comments while you are waiting and the majority said it's alwAys the same and only use the pharmacy when they are grocery shopping otherwise they wouldn't bother!!

   What’s the point in advertising you open at 8am to be greeted by a woman who clearly didn’t want to be there to then be told she won’t serve me and there’s nothing she can do until another member of staff comes in? Waited 35 minutes doing laps of the store and still couldn’t get served so gone elsewhere! If you have a life and a routine then do not rely on the 8am opening because it’s an absolute shambles and you most likely won’t get served! Avoid!

   Painfully slow service at the counter from staff who are obviously unhappy in their work. On many occasions they don’t have the required medication and you have to return days later to collect missing items. My family and several friends have stopped using this pharmacy.

   URRRGGGGHHH! INFURATING!!!! Date of visit: 15/11/2021. Before visiting I looked online to see the opening times of the pharmacy. Times were listed as 08:00 to 20:00 Arriving at 19:20 ish the pharmacy was clearly NOT OPEN. In fact it was BLOCKED off with roll cage containers. It couldn't have been MORE CLOSED! I find it difficult to walk even short distances. Sometimes it's AGONISING. To find it closed I was absolutely INFURIATED with an unquenchable RAGE LUST! I mean HOW HARD CAN IT BE to list the correct opening hours???. Because of someones laziness / incompetence i've wasted one fo my weekly trips to the supermarket. I can only make a few. PHARMACIES ATTRACT ILL PEOPLE. It's so obvious when you think about it. People who have serious health conditions have enough problems without having to deal with this kind of nonsense. FOR GOODNESS SAKE MAKE SURE YOU ARE OPEN WHEN YOU SAY YOU ARE!!!!! You're supposed to be making people better not torturing them.

   Phoned up about a script I presented 4 weeks previously that was unavailable from the manufacturer, they not only instantly recognised me on the phone they had kept the product I needed ready for me. This is not some anonymous pharmacy, this is a first class service. What a fantastic staff.
