Very rude staff that will happily leave you standing there as if you don’t exist whilst they chat amongst themselves.
Trying to call and nobody answers - on the phone for 4 minutes and they hang up on you
This is the worst chemist ,i have ever been to very rude members of staff, gossiping in the background ,never attending the front desk , to even explain to customers that there might be a wait , also when you order your script over a week ago ,why is it not put on the shelf in the background ,so that when you give your name it can be picked up and given to you , thats if they even get your name right , this isint a one off ,this happens so frequently that i have decided to change chemist in the hope to get better service
I was made an appointment via askmygp with David the pharmacist, rung to change the time, very accommodating. Excellent service when I arrived,very busy as usual but waited less than 10 minutes, had a thorough consultation and medication prescribed. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
Awful service, staff too busy chatting instead of taking care of customers. Unprofessional discussions going on in front of customers. Extremely slow and even rude
Went in today 23/12/22 about 16:30 to pick up a prescription. Sounds simple but being autistic it can be tough. The receptionist wasn’t much help at all! but a lovely woman waring a blue Christmas jumper sorted the whole situation within minutes. I’m not sure who you are but thank you so much you helped calm me down. You’re amazing at your job so hopefully someone recognises this!
Customer service non existant. No one ever serving at counter. Avoid.
I have phoned the Pharmacy 3 times this week regarding my prescription. Each time I have been told that it will be redelivered, (missed original delivery as I am a full time carer for my Mum) but today at 2.45 I still haven't received it and it's the weekend. I have tried phoning for nearly an hour and each time, it rings and rings without anyone picking it up and then the line goes to the engaged tone.
