   I have serious concerns about the safety and wellbeing of this Pharmacy. Again my 83 year old Mother was given someone else's prescription and someone else has received hers, when challenge they are dismissive. My Mother has was also given the wrong aspiring when this was pointed out she was told she was wrong despite her knowing what her prescription for 10 years, this ended up taking 45 minutes between the Doctor and Pharmacy. Please avoid this Pharmacy at all costs. I am now looking at a official complaint with the NHS Pharmacy council.

   Been trying to get repeat prescriptions starting phoning 9 am until 2 o'clock. 75 calls later still engaged unacceptable obviously need more staff not leaving phone off the hook

   Staff were extremely helpful with administering the injections but lm afraid l had to leave this chemist a few years ago when there were constant mistakes with my prescription It was a shame but l found it all very stressful

   Don't ever bother calling them if you require a constant repeat prescription like my partner has too. Always seem to be some interminable delay between raising the repeat and getting it delivered and will usually require 2 or 3 follow up calls just get them to spring into action. Raising the dead would be easier.

   I been trying to get through to chemist since Thursday it is now Tuesday.. My daughter in law stood in que yesterday for my prescription and they shut door on everyone at 430!! It should be open till 530.. They closed 11_12. Anyway.. Why is this happening at such a time when people are desperate for their medication.???

   Absolutely felt obliged to leave a review, reluctantly. I'm sure all the staff are lovely, but this is the most chaotic chemist I've ever been to. There has not been one occasion where I've been able to pick up a prescription without complication. Long waits, cant find your name, oops someone was supposed to order it in and didn't. Consistently awful I'm.afraid.
