   Always anxious about collecting my repeat prescription as there’s always some kind of issue. Never know when I’m going to be left without the medication I need to function on a daily basis. Tried to pick up my prescription yesterday and they said they can’t issue it, I have to wait until today because my prescription is dated for today despite the fact I only have enough left for 3 more days, so I’ll have none left by Monday if I don’t manage to pick it up today. That’s assuming they haven’t lost my prescription again. I left my repeat prescription slip with them and I’ve got no trust that they won’t lose it as they’ve lost it before or they’ll tell me they already issued the medication even though they haven’t. It’s always stressful picking up my prescription as I don’t know what’s going to go wrong next.

   2 months in a row my repeat prescriptions have taken well over a week resulting in me running out! I have multiple sclerosis and rely on the medication I take to function in my day to day life with 2 young children and my own business!! Really not good enough

   Lovely staff, they know my kids at this point and always ask after that. Interact with my boy who has Downs Syndrome. Just very amenable people Even if they don't have what you need prescription wise they will point you in the right direction

   On the whole repeat prescriptions are ready on time but other prescriptions are often not there, involving trips to and fro the surgery (luckily next door) with one blaming the other for missing scripts that end up having to be reprinted. I think they're both as bad as each other.

   So I walked up to the counter and handed over my prescription with the words "could I have this please" Not a word of acknowledgement, not a word of it will be a minute. Nothing literally not a word uttered by the pharmacy assistant serving. I actually wanted to purchase some OTC meds as well but didn't bother. Incredibly rude service

   I have a repeat prescription which the Pharmacy prepare for me every month. Today it was so busy there that the girl passed me my prescription and didn’t asK if I wanted “the same again” next month. When I got home I rang them just to confirm That I did, but strangely the lady on the phone suggested I ring the pharmacy 1 week before I need my tablets because ‘they were so busy that they didn’t have time to reorder automatically’! They were trying to phase this task out. However on this occasion she would reorder for me ( this has been automatic for several years!!!) but it was going to change. I asked her to ensure that if any changes were to be made then the Pharmacy must obviously advise their customers in advance so that they can make provision for this change,

   Normally receive very good service but was told yesterday they had to order something for me as it wasn’t in stock. So ask them to put it in their machine when they receive it the following day. Which I was told would be 11am waited until around three to ring as hadn’t heard anything. Was assured it would be in the machine by close of play. It’s now 18.41 no text and obviously pharmacy is closed. Would like to to know what happened. No problem getting hold of the medicine because when I rang in the afternoon I was told it was there and would be in the machine by close of business
