   Very disappointed. I have been to the pub many times with the food and atmosphere excellent. The last 2 times I have been the pub has been almost empty.i ordered the smash burger and expected a smash patty but it was a thick burger that was very salty and dry. I only managed to eat a small bit. I won’t unfortunately be going back to the pub which is a shame as I used to recommend it to all my friends.

   Whilst staying nr by we wanted to find a dog friendly pub so we could have some lunch, after checking out a place on the outskirts of Bedford and there not being any spaces in the bar area, we then spotted on Google the Bedford Arms. What a fantastic find. Food was amazing! The staff were so friendly. Atmosphere of the pub even though it was quiet you could just tell this was a lovely cozy place. So glad the 1st place was full. Love a bit of positive karma. ❤️

   A really nice village pub located in Oakley, Beds. We had some tapas and drinks. The tapas were really delicious and good sized portions as well. Reasonably priced and a lovely garden too.

   Beautiful pub serving exceptional food a 5 minutes drive from the A6. We visited for lunch today and both food and staff were excellent. My scotch egg starter was the best starter I've had in years and my wifes pork belly was superb. I'm fact everything about the pub including the garden were 10/10. Well worth a visit if you are in this area.

   First time dining here, and what can I say apart from excellent, from the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was so friendly, and were greeted at the bar, we sat comfortably at the bar before moving to our table that was pre-booked, I would recommend booking as this place certainly gets busy,we had a Sunday roast with a trio of meats, with all the extra you would expect to have, and wow it was presented lovely and the taste was amazing, I can certainly see why it gets so busy here, the roast is certainly a bit more expensive than some places at £22 to £24 but it was absolutely worth it, I guess you get what you pay for. For pudding I just had 2 scoops of ice cream, to be honest, the scoops weren't that big so a bit pricey for such a little, overall I highly recommend here, you certainly won't be disappointed.

   Consistently great food and good service! We’ve been for lunch a couple of times this year and tried their Christmas lunch with friends. Excellent turkey roast with more vegetables than I’ve ever had on a Christmas dinner before as well as all the trimmings! Staff couldn’t be more attentive. Car park well laid out. Christmas decor was very nice with cushions and blanket throw. Will definitely be going again. Happy to recommend to anyone looking for quality food at a reasonable price.

   We came for lunch today and had an absolutely amazing meal. If the five of us one was gluten free and two were gluten and lactose free and they were able to accommodate these needs easily. Will be back soon
