Very dishonest and highly unprofessional. We had the misfortune of using Sarah Riddell at Family Law. We paid an arm and a leg upfront, way more than the industry standard. We then endured an excruciatingly pointless session where Sarah just talked about herself without letting either of us contribute. She is now pursuing both of us for additional fees which were never explained. I have since met others who have had similarly bad experiences. Avoid this firm. There are good mediators and good mediation firms out there. Sarah Riddell and Family Law are not among them.
