We dealt primarily with Jack Wingrove who is absolutely brilliant. Meticulous, highly competent, communicative and above all really personable. Qualities which make all the difference to a stressful, time sensitive and complicated situation. For the amount of hours of work Jack put in, we were happy to pay what we felt were very reasonable fees. Cannot recommend Jack and ODT enough!

   Excellent experience from Alexandra and her team. We instructed them to handle the sale of our share of freehold, grade 2 listed apartment. Lots of complexity in this due to the nature of the property but ODT were extremely proactive, professional and polite to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a better quality of conveyancing in the Brighton or Hove areas.. March 2023

   so this is Solicitors. 1. Don’t reply to emails which even have a simple question on them. Such as are you allowed to just send me a bill without making any contact before? Because apparently I was in breach of lease but was completely unaware. 2 can’t even print correctly on a piece of paper. Font was crooked was even running into the border. 3 said they were doing a payment plan over the phone and then denied anything about it 4 Okay so they looked at a lease two areas where I was going wrong. Really only one of them was probably justifiable. For this they charge £705.60 Companies like this are a disgrace and they should be shut down it’s not fair to exploit people. For the amount of work they did the bill should’ve been no more than £250.

Erica managed to get these prepared, issued and registered before our offer ran out. Her and Holly were extremely helpful and I could not recommend their services enough.
