   We were away on holiday when our 3 year old son's ear symptoms got worse. We called Well Bideford Pharmacy and we were treated superbly from the phone call to coming into the building. I'm not sure we've had such amazing customer service before. We were treated with the utmost respect and the service was fantastic. The Pharmacist were so professional and friendly, they made us feel at ease and relaxed, so much so that my son wanted to stay! I can't thank the entire team at Well Bideford enough. A gold standard Pharmacy!

   Been down to wells twice to collect my prescriptions, closed when ment to be open. Can't get an answer on the phone when I call.. Been over a month since they texted to say come get your prescriptions... BEYOND USELESS

   My wife has been trying to collect her meds from this place for the past two days ,it's always closed ,no notice on the door or change to their opening hours on the website .Two wasted journeys ,on Saturday a member of staff came out and said they were closed due to staff shortages ( this place has always run with the minimum of staff ) ,his manner was aggressive and rude. The shop usually looks like a tip ,unclean ( probably unsafe), things held together with sticky tape and empty shelves .When I was a customer there they regularly lost my prescription and messed me about . At the beginning of Covid the pharmacist told me Covid was no more than a bad cold ! After being treated like this I moved to one of the online pharmacies ,no problems at all , my wife will be doing the same . All I can say to anyone thinking about being a customer at Well Pharmacy DON'T BOTHER ,very unprofessional and it looks like they are closing for good anyway .

   Staff are lovely in the pharmacy. Will go out of their way to help. Seating is minimal, shop needs an update. But saying that,if you want a bargain...from toiletries to kids bits, candles an gifts sets this is the place to go. I'm changing my first review due to a lot of staff changes. My 3 stars have gone to 1. The 1 star I'm giving is for one member of staff whom is lovely. I could tolerate the lack of seating before, as well as the dirty floors! The 2 dirty chairs are right next to counter, where staff chatter is in ear shot. Sometimes talking about people waiting, if there becomes a que, are a burden on them. Despite trying to keep their voices low, you can't help but hear them. There's also a new pharmacist there now. So I don't know about the shop needing an update, the staff chatter in the dispensing-area and manners also needs an update! A SERIOUS update! Not professional at all. I have gone as far as to make a formal complaint to the 'WELL' head office and have requested to move to a different pharmacy for my prescription. I wouldn't at this particular time, recommend the place. Bargains or no bargains. NOT WORTH MY TIME OF DAY! GET SOME MANNERS IN THE PLACE AND STOP THE BAD ATMOSPHERE!

   The poor staff in this chemist are trying to run a sinking ship. 3rd pharmacist in a week today and only 1 other member of staff. I feel so sorry for them. They do not have time to answer the phone let alone make up electronically ordered prescriptions. My wait today almost 30 mins. The shop is untidy, shelves are half empty with stock all over the till area. 'Well' you need to pull your finger out and get some staff before the ones you do have leave with stress. Not quite sure where the 2 familiar assistants have disappeared to maybe their mental health has already been comprimised by working in totally unacceptable conditions. Sadly I have now moved chemists as my urge to jump over the counter and help them is too strong.

   Trying to ring from Thursday it is now Tuesday no one will answer the phone,medical centre also sent an urgent request for prescription to be delivered that was also on Thursday still not been delivered as of Tuesday dreadful service I rang head office and made an official complaint

   Lovely staff in a run down old Boots shop. They know me well and always call me by my name. Sometimes you wait but each customer gets paid attention too. It's a pharmacy and it's a good one.
