Arrived at the specified time and was seen immediately. The staff were very efficient, smartly dressed and friendly. I couldn't fault them on anything.
Every time I enter the doorway, a member of staff comes fast to greet me. The following people assisted me when I went for an eye test: Megan, warmly met me and gave clear and friendly instructions where to wait with a smile and after my check up, she was absolutely brilliant at knowing which glasses suited me best, finding the very special ones for me by tuning quickly into my likes and dislikes. I was very impressed with her attitude and attention to detail. Max very efficiently carried out my pre-test, careful and warm and thoughtful throughout. He did a good job making me feel relaxed and he was very professional in his approach. Nicola tested my vision with precision and care, speaking to me with kindness and attentiveness while getting the job done. (The equipment being used throughout my appointment was amazing!!!!) I felt in safe hands with Nicola and trusted her entirely. The person who met me when I picked up my new glasses was super-efficient, friendly, gentle and thoughtful. She is a good ambassador for the high level of caring ethos mixed with professionalism that makes your branch stand out. (She didn't write her name down so I cannot recall it, sadly.) Altogether a great experience. Thank you so much.
Very disappointed to not be able to get a weekday appointment for my husband for hearing test and check up between 9.30 and 3pm after buying hearing aids costing £2,400. These appointments are only for new customers apparently.
The treatment I received from all the staff was exemplary. A special mention for Rachael who measured my chosen glasses and fitted them. Rachael was very professional and friendly, took the time to take accurate measurements when ordering but also took the time to ensure the fit was perfect when I collected them. Very happy with new glasses.
I wouldn't go to any other Specsavers. North Walsham is the best! All the staff are friendly, helpful and extremely kind. Robert is the best Optometrist. Richard the Store Manager has a happy team and this shows by the fantastic standard customer service.
My experience wasn't good. I have asked prices for re glazing my frames and for new frames. That was for very focal with all the extra features, titanium frame, thin lenses, resistance coating and brown tint reaction to sun light. So the most expensive options. I have being doing that for the past 15 years. The person giving me the prices said it is a difference in price of just £30 in between these 2 options so it made sense to have new frames just for an extra £30. I ordered them, tried them on but had problems with vision and weight of the frames as the frames are the ultimate fashion, very large. I had blurred vision, sinus pain and head ache. I came back to Specsavers after few days and was suggested to have another eye test. The lenses were too strong so they said would correct that but this time I asked to reglaze my old titanium frames. After another couple of weeks struggling with the new frames I got my old frames back reglazed, which was much better. However when I asked to be refunded as per given prices they said the difference was just £4. This just din't make sense. I had my old frames reglazed before and the difference between glazing new frames and old frames it wasn't just £4. They didn't admit giving me different prices and of course I couldn't prove it because it was just verbal. However, having a customer like me who is coming second time to this store and orders the same expensive product should be treated with respect and not be doubted. My next step is to write to Ombunsmen as this is not the right way to do business and treat customers which is in the end a question of principle. Obviously I will never go back there and I suggest you, the customers, to get different prices for different options on an official paper with a signature so they won't back down on their word.

Excellent service from start to finish. Online booking service worked well. All staff extremely polite and helpful and the optician I saw was very good at explaining the images/results. Purchased two pairs of reading glasses at a very reasonable price. The two women who helped when I picked them up were both lovely and professional. Really couldn’t fault any part of the service and will return.
