I have recently used this company to execute my mother's will following her passing and set up LPAs for my father. They have been extremely professional in everything they have done and Mo was extremely compassionate and patient when dealing with my father who is 96 and was struggling to comprehend the legal processes that were needed. There has been good communication throughout the process, keeping us informed of everything was going on. The only delays experienced were caused by the court processes, not DMH Stallard. The location in Brighton is good with a car park a very short distance away which is useful when you have somebody that cannot walk very far that needs to visit the offices. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I've sent loads of emails regarding my case, and no response. Not good, when your health is deteriorating at a rapid rate due to the stress of it all. Also sitting on my money!
Personally had a bad experience. I needed assistance for help with debt recovery for my company but I had a call back saying they don't have anyone there to assist me and their fee is a minimum of £250. I was recommended via the law society as they should offee a free 30 minutes telephone appointment. My recovery was only for £820 so I assume they only want big fish and not looking out for the everyday man. Wouldn't use or recommend to anyone
We love Bohemia as it seems to offer everything we and are our friends are looking for. It has a varied clientele, in fashion ideas, sexual orientation and age. The music, I think is probably aimed at the over 30's but don't let that stop you going. Drinks and cocktails are excellent as are the staff. As it functions as a restaurant and bar, this place is lively from much earlier than many clubs. That works well for us as we can eat out then come here and find a good atmosphere from around 9:30 onwards. Most enjoyable night club in Brighton.
My partner and I used Sue at the Hassocks office for our wills. Very professional, calm and reassuring throughout. Restored our faith in solicitors after the last firm we encountered.
