I recently dined at The giffard park and had one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time and a huge part of that was thanks to our amazing waitress, Jamie. From the moment we sat down, she set the tone for a warm and welcoming evening. Jamie struck the perfect balance between being attentive and giving us space to enjoy our meal. She had excellent menu knowledge, offering thoughtful recommendations based on what we liked. Every suggestion she made — from appetizers to dessert was spot on. What really impressed me was her timing. plates were cleared smoothly, and she checked in just enough to make sure we were happy without ever feeling intrusive. She worked with genuine enthusiasm, and you could tell she truly cared about ensuring guests had a great experience. Beyond her professionalism, Jamie brought a friendly energy that made the meal feel special. She was personable, patient, and genuinely kind qualities that make all the difference in hospitality. If you’re dining here, ask for Jamie. Her service elevates the entire experience, and she made our meal memorable in the best possible way. Highly recommended!

We were greeted by a lovely lady called Emily. It was her first shift behind the bar and tbh you wouldn’t have known this. She was friendly polite and efficient. Her two colleagues Alicia and Jack were fab too. All round great service, good food, the best brownie i have ever eaten and excellent value for money!!

Prior to a walk beside the canal or after stretching legs in the park, this is the perfect place to drink a pint or cocktail. Being honest, I haven't had a meal, so I have not opinion upon food so far. But definitely I'll be back to watch rugby matches. This is the pub that I was looking for in MK!!!

Had lunch today. There was ants in the salt pot and also when my daughter put sauce in her meal there were ants in that. Spoke to staff and although she did refund the bill , she wasn’t very apologetic . The whole place seems like it needs a deep clean as it looks dirty and very tired. The food was mediocre to with the burgers being burnt and the cheese on the hunters chicken not even melted. Will not ever be returning. For your information I had booked a table and this was the table I was shown to by your staff so I did not ignore any signs on the table as you suggest in your reply

Really liked this place, unfortunately I didn't buy food so I gave a middle 3 stars, but the staff were welcoming, it was very clean nice pool table, The only thing is seating, we had an elderly couple with us and to fund somewhere we had to climb several steps to get to the pool table area where the seats where low enough. This is because I think there are only 1 or 2 seating areas, the rest are very tall stools and table that nobody over 60 is going to be able to climb. The rest was really good, though.

Thought we would try here for diner as kids eat for £1. Well won't be going back unfortunately the food wasn't great edible but way over cooked and portions where small.

Great food and good customer service, the venue is clean and bright and can accommodate larger groups. There was several TVs and comfy seating which is generally what I like about venues like this. I usually have my go to meal which is the BBQ Hunters Chicken and at The Giffard Park its £6.79 which is crazy cheap! This did baffle me until I got my order and its because of portion sizes. In most venues I would get much chicken so this explains the considerable lower price. I personally would happily pay more for a bigger portion but the food was still nice and maybe this is a bit more healthy and saves me some money so its not a deal breaker. The venue was very nice and I would happily come again. There is also a garden area and outdoor seating with a covered area too, so on a bright summers day its also a nice place to be.
